Any one can create a meebo room.
You don't need to have a meebo account to create a room; however, it is best to create a room after logging in with a meebo account so that you will be able to configure and manage the room after it is created.
To sign up for a meebo account, go to www.meebo.com and click on the Sign up now link. For more info on creating a meebo account, check out Create a meebo account.
Currently, there is no limit on the number of rooms that one meebo user can own. However, we suggest you create only as many rooms as you can maintain and moderate.
