Seth Sternberg is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and one of the cofounders of Meebo, overseeing all of the company's product and business operations. Meebo is a consumer Internet company that reaches more than half of the U.S. internet population and organizes the web around people and their interests.
Sternberg, along with college friends Elaine Wherry and Sandy Jen, started Meebo in 2005 with a goal of connecting people to their friends across the web. Today, Meebo reaches more than half of the U.S. internet population to discover and share across the Web. The flagship product, the Meebo Bar, has been integrated by more than 8,000 websites including Entertainment Weekly, TV Guide, Dilbert, The Washington Examiner, and more, to help drive user engagement with content and brands.
Prior to starting Meebo, Sternberg worked in IBM's Corporate Development group as a lead in mergers and acquisitions. After transferring assets at IBM for a few years, he discovered that he would rather build assets and began work on Meebo.
In his spare time, Sternberg mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and students and is an avid pilot. He has spoken at several prestigious industry events and has been featured on CNBC, in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and WIRED, among others.
Sternberg graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, and attended Stanford Business School.

Elaine Wherry is an advisor to and Cofounder of Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. In her advisory role, Wherry ensures that the Meebo experience stays true to the company's mission, values and culture and helps generate broader awareness of Meebo within the community.
Wherry, along with college friends Seth Sternberg and Sandy Jen, started Meebo in 2005 to connect people to their friends across the web. Wherry authored Meebo's initial JavaScript framework and was the driving force behind product developments such as Meebo Messenger, Meebo Mobile, and the Meebo Bar.
Prior to starting Meebo, Wherry worked at Synaptics as a Human Factors Researcher and later became the Manager of Usability and Design. A classically trained violinist, Wherry graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Symbolic Systems and a concentration in Human Computer Interaction. She is a past recipient of the Founders Fund Tech Fellows Award in Engineering Leadership.

Sandy Jen is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Cofounder of Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. As CTO, Jen, formerly the Vice President of Engineering, leads Meebo's entire engineering team. She is responsible for shaping the company's engineering goals and spearheading both front- and back-end development for Meebo, while coordinating the department's communications with the rest of the company.
Jen, along with friends Seth Sternberg and Elaine Wherry, started Meebo in 2005 with one goal in mind: to connect people to their friends across the Web. Prior to Meebo, she began her engineering career at San Jose-based Xilinx, the first semiconductor company, as an enterprise software developer. She spent more than two years there with a fabless manufacturing model. Originally an aspiring art student, Jen switched gears and decided to help start Meebo.
Jen, a rock climber and Ultimate Frisbee player, mentors young entrepreneurs and students in her spare time. She graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and is a recent recipient of the Founders Fund TechFellows Award in Engineering Leadership.

Martin Green is the President of Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. Green is responsible for the company's overall revenue growth and strategic development, while also managing the business development, sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams.
Green was the first executive to join the company and has been instrumental in growing Meebo into one of the web's largest consumer services with an audience that has grown by more than 50 percent in the last year alone and revenue that has tripled year-over-year. His operating expertise has helped Meebo expand into a 200+ person company with offices in Mountain View, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Chicago.
Prior to joining Meebo, Green spent 10 years at CNET Networks as a senior vice president and a member of the company's executive committee. He led ad development that delivered more than $100 million in annual revenue, and oversaw inventory management, business planning and led the business, technical and operational integration of several acquisitions—including the $1.6 billion ZDNet acquisition in 2000. He began his career with Morgan Stanley, working in both New York City and in Silicon Valley doing mergers and acquisitions and financing advisory work.
Green graduated from Queen's University, Canada with a degree in Finance, and spent 18 months studying economics in Japan.

Carter Brokaw is the Chief Revenue Officer at Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. Brokaw oversees Meebo's direct sales team and is responsible for the company's revenue and monetization strategies.
Brokaw's experience working with digital media and marketing platforms has helped Meebo integrate brands into consumers' web experiences in a complementary and authentic way. He has spearheaded the company's revenue picture, and continues to push the boundaries of advertising and identifying new ways to help Meebo's publishers connect with more users.
Prior to joining Meebo in 2008, Brokaw was Vice President of Digital Media at Warner Music Group, where he helped create the foundation for the direct-to-consumer business—a model that aimed to promote alliances between artists, their fans and brands.
Additionally, Brokaw spent more than a decade at CNET Networks—most recently as Vice President of Corporate Sales—where he focused on building a profitable marketing platform for large technology companies to integrate their brand and product assets into the online product research process. Brokaw helped construct and pioneer one of the first pay-for-performance models for online reseller merchants, and directed CNET Networks' Global Solutions team in establishing a major account discipline for the organization.
Brokaw often speaks at industry events and occupies a seat on the Board of Directors of the Social Media Ad Consortium, where he represents the interests of social media publishers.
He is a graduate of Colgate University, and is based in Meebo's New York City office.

Armando González is Vice President, User Experience at Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. González is responsible for keeping Meebo's User Experience fresh and differentiated across products by balancing user needs and innovation in everything Meebo does.
Prior to joining Meebo, González spent over six years at eBay, where he was responsible for their end-to-end User Interface as well as their first holistic product innovation approach, which eventually became part of eBay's product life cycle. He was also responsible for introducing and fostering major User Centric methodologies, which led to key initiatives including the holistic redesign of eBay Motors and the creation of eBay's first user centric design pattern library. He also spent over four years at Yahoo! where he was the User Interface Creative Director for the Search and Marketplace business unit. Prior to that he led the internationalization of Yahoo's! properties in Latin America and Europe.
González holds a BS in Art, with emphasis on Multimedia, from California State University – Hayward.

Eric Miraglia is Vice President of Product at Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. Miraglia oversees product strategy, leading the product development teams serving Meebo's consumer, publisher and advertiser audiences.
Prior to his work at Meebo, Miraglia managed the Yahoo! User Interface (YUI) team at Yahoo, where he and his colleagues produced a JavaScript and CSS toolkit used throughout Yahoo! and by tens of thousands of third-party sites. He also taught regular classes for Yahoo! web developers on the use of DHTML/Ajax, web standards, and design patterns for rich interaction.
Miraglia has been involved in the creation of social web applications since 1995, when he began developing interactive writing spaces for universities; his Speakeasy Studio & Café was used by more than 100 universities between 1997 and 2004.
Miraglia holds a BA in English from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Technology and Rhetoric from Washington State University.

Daniel Bernstein is the Vice President, Head of Business Development and Emerging Revenue at Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. Bernstein oversees the company's business development and emerging revenue strategies, and leads the business development, partnership management, performance ad sales, emerging revenue, and technical account management teams.
Bernstein is responsible for developing monetization opportunities outside of brand advertising and for driving Meebo's partnership network beyond its existing 8,000 publishers. He has been integral in the development of Meebo's direct response advertising business, which now includes 25 of the top 100 display advertising buyers including Levi's, Groupon and Norwegian Cruise Line.
Prior to Meebo, Bernstein worked in client services at Bite Communications, a global communications consultancy. He graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Chris Eberle is Vice President of Revenue Operations at Meebo, a consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. Eberle is responsible for Meebo's Revenue Strategy and Operations, overseeing its marketing solutions, advertiser operations, yield management, and creative teams, as well as remnant and international sales.
Prior to joining Meebo, Eberle spent over ten years with AOL, most recently as Vice President of Global Sales Development, where he oversaw the monetization of all AOL products and properties. In that position, he was responsible for strategic business development, custom marketing solutions, and pricing and yield management. Before moving into the role, he served as Vice President of Advertiser Operations, responsible for deal approval and campaign development, deployment, and delivery management for all display advertising on AOL Media Properties and the Advertising.com network. He also held leadership roles in AOL marketing, including managing a full service internal marketing agency, and product and P&L ownership of the cobranded AOL Visa card.
Based in Meebo’s Mountain View, CA headquarters, Eberle is a graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse School and The Harvard Business School.

Tom Perrault is the Vice President of Employee Experience at Meebo, a Mountain View, CA based consumer Internet company that organizes the web around people, and helps build out their interest graph for easy, faster access to relevant information on the web. In this role, he oversees Human Resources and Recruiting, IT and Facilities, and is a key designer in helping to create a fun, open culture, providing the right tools, processes and infrastructure to make Meebo a great place to work.
Prior to joining Meebo Tom served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for Glu Mobile, Inc., where he was responsible for worldwide HR and Facilities operations in the US, UK, Russia, China, and Brazil. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Zip Realty, a full-service, online national real estate company. He has also held senior Human Resources positions within Blue Shield of California, Brocade Communications, CoSine Communications, and Silicon Graphics.
Prior to his career in Human Resources, Perrault was a legislative and labor attorney for the United States Postal Service in Washington, D.C. He holds a B.A. in history and political science from Rice University and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. In addition to his position at Meebo, he serves as Chairman, Board of Directors for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
