What's Meebo like? "It's open, collaborative, and fun (really, we mean it). We've got a pretty robust process for a team at our stage (svn, testlink, good product roadmaps, and fantastic stats). Friday is demo day and everyone does a show-and-tell of what they've worked on. Everyone gets a round of applause and it's my favorite time of the week. It's a good time to collect feedback, give pats on the back, and find inspiration. There's also a fair amount of down-time around here with food, finger blasters, and four-square.
