Meebo's Technical Account Manager works with Meebo partners—the leading entertainment, community media and services brands—to facilitate the integration of Meebo products and assists our partners on exciting social media campaigns involving our services. You will drive widespread adoption of the Meebo Rooms API and Meebo Platform API and represent the needs of our partners for our strategic, revenue, and product development.

What you'll do: there is no "typical day" but you will:

• Help our partners succeed by creatively adopting/using and programming Meebo functionality
• Understand and communicate the technical steps to support Meebo Rooms API integrations
• Set up partners with Meebo Rooms, integrate Meebo Me, plus Meebo Platform applications
• Brainstorm creative programming with partners
• Identify and plan upcoming launches
• Launch Meebo's Open Social and Facebook applications
• Create and maintain checklists, milestone docs and deliverables for partners
• Increase partner usage of Meebo by partner post deal
• With our bus dev team, do tons of email and phone calls with existing and potential partners
• Share ideas with rest of Meebo team for feature improvements and new development

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent (graduate degree a plus)
• Knowledge of PHP / JavaScript / CSS / MySQL / AJAX
• Object-oriented design skills
• Experience developing Facebook applications is a HUGE plus
• Combination of analytical and people skills
• Documentation and project management experience
