As its efforts continue to expand, Meebo seeks a traffic manager to insure that these marketing programs are consistently executed and increasingly optimized. The ideal candidate finds no detail too small, no problem too big, and no opportunity to improve worth passing over.

How you’ll contribute:

• Manage the day-to-day execution of Meebo’s marketing programs, from inclusion of tracking to QA to optimization
• Publish regular analyses on the key performance indicators of Meebo’s marketing programs, from inventory analysis to performance benchmarking
• Work side-by-side with salespeople, designers, developers, clients, and all the other folks who make Meebo’s marketing programs the solutions advertisers are increasingly looking for
• Improve the go-live process of Meebo’s marketing programs through benchmarking and organizational design

How you’ll be measured:

• Meebo exceeds revenue goals
• High level of client satisfaction
• Flawless execution of marketing programs
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales partners, product marketing, and other internal teams
• Establishment of repetitive and scalable processes
• Having fun while you do all of the above!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years experience in the online ad sales, digital media, or project management fields
• Working knowledge of Adobe Flash, HTML, Javascript, database systems
• Prior experience with online ad serving systems and providers like Doubleclick, Atlas, OAS, OpenX, Pointroll
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem solving skills
• Thinks a banner ad is ok, but knows that marketers and publishers need to do better
